- Domain registration fees, setup fees, or other non-refundable charges are excluded from refunds.
- Domain Registration:
- Domain registration and renewal fees are non-refundable due to third-party registration policies.
- However, you retain ownership of any purchased domain for the full registration period.
- Custom Services:
- Services such as custom website design, migration assistance, or personalized setups are non-refundable once completed or delivered.
Cancellation and Refund Process
